Reflection (up to 50 pts - awarded individually)
Write your reflection on a separate sheet of paper. It will be collected and graded separately. When writing your reflection read the guidelines below and answer each question fully, using Complete, Quality, and Correct sentences.
The reflection must answer the following questions IN an 8 SENTENCE (minimum) Paragraph
Be sure you have an Introductory/Topic sentence, Detail sentences and an Conclusion sentence.
Answer the Following questions:
Give at least two examples of something you learned about Science Safety or Teamwork from this project.
For each example tell how you will use this knowledge in the future to do better on Science Projects.
Describe at LEAST one thing that happened in this project that you felt was fun and tell why you felt this was so.

Pretend you are the Foreman of a Project Crew and you have just finished a major project. Your boss has asked you to decide how to pay each of your crew based upon their work and cooperation with the other team members. She wants it by tomorrow. By the way, you need to explain your reasons well or you will look bad in front of your boss. You are allowed to give each team member anywhere from $1.00 to $100.00)
Award each team member up to $100.00 and explain how you graded them.
Complete your peer grading on the back of this form. It will be collected on the same date as your reflection.
