Project Requirements and Grading

•Every single page of the Safety Manual must have the following:_____ One sided, have even, 1/2 inch, clear borders
_____ all pages with a Horizontal format or all with a Vertical format throughout
_____ name of individual who created it printed on reverse
• Front and Back Cover pages: (25 pts ea) { Note: do not number these pages}
_____ Front and Back cover: Title - "SKYVIEW SAFETY MANUAL" artically drawn
_____ Front cover: Author's First and Last Names and Period on the Bottom of Cover Page
_____ Front cover: artful 5 Color Illustration displaying an aspect of Science Safety
_____ Back cover has a classy 5 Color (minimum 5 objects) collage depicting a minimum of FIVE
items of Science Safety Equipment IN ACTION• Table of Contents (25pts) {Note: Do not number Table of Contents as a page}
_____ Lists Page Number, Title, and First and Last name of the Author(s) of each page
• Safety Pages - Rules (14), Procedures (6), & Equipment (13), page (20 pts ea) (660 pts total)
_____ Entire Safety Rule, Procedure name, or Equipment name on top of Page (not in margin!)
_____ Attractive, large, multi-colored figure (3 color min) illustrating Rule/Procedure/Equipment
_____ All 33 pages are correctly numbered on the bottom of page inside margin:
Page Numbers are: 1 - 14 = Rules, 15 - 20 = Procedures, 21 - 33 = Equipment
•In addition, on the Bottom of each Rule, Procedure, or Figure page (not in margin):
_____ For Safety rules : Tell WHY it is important to follow this rule.
